Complaint Summary


The Complaint Summary page contains all information that has been recorded for a complaint.  A link to the Subject is located in the Subject Information section.

This function allows for the complaint details and associated allegations to be viewed.  The summary contains links for access to the allegations, investigations and outcome information associated with each complaint.  In addition, the Complaint Actions contained on this page access the following functions:

Create New Allegation

Documents

Update Complaint Status/Notes
