Completing Documentation Checklist
This object allows for the subsidy specialist to record, update and track the receipt of documentation. In addition, the specialist may identify, notify, and follow-up with the client regarding missing items necessary for eligibility determination. The page is pre-populated with the Checklist Item Types. The worker will then indicate the Checklist Item Needed. If the Item is indicated as "Needed", user will indicate the Documentation Type or Types desired.
Click on the Documentation Checklist link from the Section Menu options at the bottom of the Subsidy Application Menu page (SB0031) to access the function. As a result, the Documentation Checklist page (SB0047) is displayed.
The page contains the Checklist Items that have been added during the Application process. There are several functions that are performed on this page.
