Accessing the PATH Referral Work Item

Once the PATH Authorization has been submitted, there are several tasks that must be performed as part of the approval process. The assigned subsidy worker will receive a work item named PATH Referral on his/her Worklist.
The worker clicks on the PATH Referral work item to access the PATH Authorization. The Public Portal Service Request page (SR0005) is displayed.

There are two choices on this page:
Reject Request
This selection stops the completion of the authorization.
Process Request
This selection continues the authorization through the validation process.
