Completing the Eligibility Redetermination

Start the process by entering Application Date in the field provided under the New Application section. Click on the Create Application button. As a result, you will be presented with the Subsidized Child Care Application Information: Application Menu page (SB0031).

The information contained in this new application has been carried forward from the most recently completed application. In order to continue with the redetermination process, you will need to review each section to ensure that all information is current and the required fields are completed.

Once you are satisfied that all information has been examined and verified, click on the Determine Eligibility button to finish this process. You will perform this step exactly as you did for the Initial Eligibility Determination. Follow the description found in Eligibility Determination.
