Completing the Fair Hearing Request Entry
Once you have entered the information, click on the Continue button to record the Fair Hearing Request in the system. As a result, the Fair Hearing Request page (LI0180) is displayed and the following items are created:
The Fair Hearing Request Notice is sent as appropriate to the Licensing Manager (for License Action), License Supervisor (for Enforcement) or Subsidy Manager (for Subsidy Appeals). The purpose of this notice is to advise that a Commissioner's Review must be held. It is linked to the Fair Hearing Request and appears on the Notice List as Fair Hearing Request Notice.
An entry is created in the table on the Fair Hearing Requests page.
