Completing the Household Member Information (Subsidy)


Once the information has been entered and reviewed, click on the Continue button at the bottom of the page.  As a result, the Application for Subsidized Child Care:  Section 3 of 7:  Household Members is presented with the newly entered person record appearing as a row in the appropriate table based on the age of the person.

Enter each member of the household on this page repeating the steps described above.  Once the information has been entered and reviewed, click on the Next button at the bottom of the page.  As a result, the Application for Subsidized Child Care:  Section 4 of 7:  Parent/Caretaker Activities page is presented.
