Completing the Licensed Program Application
As a result of the submission of the Initial Licensing Visit Request, the Licensor is aware of the pending License Application due to the notice received via the Notice List (Case Assigned Notice). The Licensor may select the notice from the Notice List in order to access the application for completion by clicking on the link "Case Assigned Notice". This action accesses the Account Summary page for the potential Provider. On this page, select License Management from the sub-navigation menu. As a result, the License Management page (LI0186) is presented with the following sections.
License Information
As Licenses are issued for a provider, a corresponding row to access each License would appear in this table.
Applications
As Applications and Reapplications are issued for a provider, a corresponding row to access each application would appear in this table.
