Completing the PATH Application

Upon completion of each section of the Authorization, the navigational buttons at the bottom of the page perform the following functions:

Back

If you want to review a previous section, you may access that section by clicking the Back button.

Cancel

This button accesses the Cancel Confirmation page so that you can confirm that you want to cancel the authorization.

Next

As you complete the information in a section, you may proceed to the next section by clicking the Next button.
