Completing the Re-Application
The functionality for the re-application works in the exact same manner as the application process. Because the information has been entered for the provider when the provider was licensed and has been stored in the system, as you access each section, the previously entered information is displayed.
As you access each section, you must determine if the entered information is still current. If it is, no changes are needed and you may mark the status for each section as appropriate.
