Completing the Submission Process (LECC)
Once all the sections have been marked with an appropriate status, the next step is to submit the Application for Approval. Click on the Submit Application Decision button at the bottom of the page.
This action accesses the Decision page (LI0255) shown above on which the following information is recorded.
Application Status*
Click on the down arrow (
) next to the field to select from one of the following values from the drop-down list:
Approved
Denied
Withdrawn
Status Date*
This date is defaulted to the current date, but may be changed if required.
License Effective Date* (if Approved)
Enter the date on which the license is effective.
License Expiration Date (if Approved)
Enter the expiration date for the license.
Once you have completed the information in the above fields, click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
