Conduct Pre-Registration Assessment

During the Pre-Registration Assessment the Licensor meets with the Applicant to review information in the application and to answer any questions the applicant may have about the process or his/her program. The focus of the assessment is a regulatory review with the applicant to ensure that they understand the regulations that apply to his/her proposed program. Upon returning from the site, the Licensor completes a Site Visit for the provider account and this is referenced during the approval of the Pre-Registration Assessment section of the Registered Application.
