Contact Log
The Contact log is used to document contacts and related work completed by Licensing and Subsidy staff and their clients. It is specifically used during the application and site visit processes, but may be used at any time to document contact activity. Information in the contact log may be viewed for a particular case, for a particular worker or in its entirety. Additions to the contact log may be made at any time.
