Contact Log Entry Details
In order to view details for a contact, and click on the Details link at the end of the row. This action accesses the details for the particular contact as shown below.
The following information can be viewed for the contact.
Contact Information
This section contains the name of the contact, reason for the contact and how the contact person can be reached.
Disposition
The most current disposition for the contact is displayed in this section.
Action Log
Each contact and response in maintained in the Action Log table. By clicking on the Details link at the end of the row in the table, the Contact Action Information for a particular entry may be viewed.
