Contact Log Search
This function allows users to search for previously entered contact for any person or organization that has been recorded in the system. By performing a search for an existing entry, you may want to append any additional contacts or disposition for the contact to a previous entry. When searching the database to determine if a contact has been previously entered, the object is to use a greater number of search parameters to yield the smallest number of records matching the search criteria. If, however, entries in several fields do not return the expected results, some entries should be edited or removed so that alternative searches may be performed. The following search fields are available:
Contact Date(s)
To view contacts that were created on a specific date or within a specific date range, use the Contact Date(s) filter. The date must be entered in MM/DD/YYYY format. To view all contacts created after a specific date, enter that date in the Start Date field. All contacts created after the entered date will be displayed. To view contacts that were created between a certain date range, enter a date in both date fields provided. Only contacts created between the specified date range will be displayed in the Results table. To view contacts that were created before a specific date, enter that date in the End Date field.

Select the Category from the drop-down list using the down arrow next to this field (

Subsidy
Case ID
If you know the Case ID Number, enter it here. This entry would give you the most direct connection to the Person or Provider Contacts.
Resolution Status
Select one of the following from the drop-down list using the down arrow next to this field (
):
Not Yet Resolved
Resolved
Unable to Resolve
Worker ID
If you know the Worker ID Number, enter it here to review only those contacts that a particular worker has entered.
Once the information in as many appropriate search criteria fields as considered practical, click on the Search button.
