If you choose to accept the complaint, click on the Continue button at the bottom of the page. As a result, the Process Complaint - Complaint Sub-Type page is displayed.
On this page, complete the information for the Complaint Sub-Type by selecting the value for this field by using the down arrow (
) next to the field.
Provider Sub-Types:
Abuse/Neglect
Improper Care
Injury
Regulation
Subsidy Sub-Types:
Denial
Regulation
Termination
Once you have entered the information in the above fields, click on the Continue button. The next page accessed allows you to validate the subject of the complaint to a record in the database.
