Corrective Action Details
In order to view details for a particular item or to input information regarding the completion of a corrective action, click on the Details link at the end of the row containing the item. As a result, the Update Violation page (LI0039) is presented.
At the top of the page, the information captured during the entry for the violation is displayed. The Source of Violation field contains an active link to the appropriate event in the system that generated this corrective action entry. The values for this field are:
