Corrective Action Tracker

This function identifies the information necessary to track and resolve corrective actions across the system for various providers. The Corrective Action Tracker maintains the relationship between noncompliance issues and the actions taken to correct the problems. These violations include items that have been cited on a Site Visit, as well as, a person who has been declared Prohibited within the Record Check function.

This function is accessed from the Provider Management main menu page (PM0090). Select the option Corrective Action Tracker. As a result, the Corrective Action Tracker page (LI0030) is presented. This page lists currently outstanding provider corrective actions.

The page contains a table with a list of all violations that require a corrective to be completed. The following information is contained for each entry:
