Create a New Accreditation


In order to add a new accreditation, click on the Record New Accreditation link in the Quality Options area.  As a result, the Record New Accreditation page (QU0090) is displayed.

On this page, you may enter the information in the following fields:

Accreditation Type*

Select one of the following from the drop-down list using the down arrow next to the field ():

NAFCC

NAEYC

NECPA

NSACA

Start Date*

Enter the starting date for the accreditation in this field.

Expiration Date*

Enter the expiration date for the accreditation in this field.

Bonus Application Receipt Date*

Enter the date on which the application for the accreditation was received in this field.

Review/Approval Date*

Enter the date on which the review and approval for the accreditation was performed in this field.

Certificate Date*

Enter the date on the certificate for the accreditation in this field.

Bonus Date

Enter the starting date for the accreditation bonus in this field.

Bonus End Date

Enter the ending date for the accreditation bonus in this field.
