Access Record Check Information

As a result of the application process for Licensing, Record Check Pending items are created for the following associated parties:
      Licensed Program - Applicant
Registered Homes - Applicant, Associated Parties and Household Members, age 16 or older
LECC Providers - Applicant and Household Members age, 16 or older, if care is rendered in the LECC's Home
      Informal Transportation Providers

The pending items are linked to each party in Associated Parties function.  There are two ways in which you may access these items.

Access from the Worklist

During the application process, a work item named Record Check Required is created as a result of the Record Check Authorization submission.  These work items may be found on the Worklist of the Licensing Technician who has been assigned to the Licensing District.  In the case of the Registered Home and LECC Providers, only one Record Check Required work item is generated for the entire list of Associated Parties.

These work items may be accessed from the worklist by clicking on the active link named Record Check Required.  As a result, the Associated Parties for the selected provider is displayed.  All people associated with the provider and household (in the case of Registered and LECC Providers) are listed with Record Check Pending items next to their names.  Continue with this function as described in Review Existing Record Check.

Access from the Provider Account Summary

The Record Check functions are accessed from the Associated Parties sub-nav item on the Provider Account Summary page (PM0004).  Upon selecting this menu option, a list of associated parties for the particular provider is displayed.  The following information is displayed for each party listed:
Person's Name
System ID Number
Date of Birth
SSN
Position/Person Type
Record Check Status
