Create New Allegation
The details of the complaint are broken out so that the appropriate CDD sections or other agencies may be assigned for the investigation. An allegation whose investigation is to be tracked in the CCIS must be associated with a Regulation. The following values are used to determine the assignment and timeline for the allegation identified: Allegation Type; Nature of Allegation; and Priority. Select the menu option Create New Allegation in order to access this function. As a result, the New Allegation page is accessed.

The information to be completed on this page is a description of the allegation. By reviewing the Complaint Details on the top portion of the page, reconstruct the information as the Allegation Detail.
Once the information has been entered, click on the Submit button.
