Creating Additional Allegations
On each of the pages within the Complaint area, there is a Sub-Nav Bar that contains options to which you can navigate to find all the information recorded for a complaint.
In order to create additional allegations for a complaint, select the menu option Allegations in order to access this function. As a result, the Allegations page is accessed. The Allegations page contains all information that was recorded for allegations. Each row (Allegation Entry) contains the following information:
ID Number
Regulation Area
Priority
Status
Status Date
Go to the Actions section at the bottom of the page and click on the Create New Allegation option. As a result, the New Allegation page is accessed. Continue to add another allegation for the complaint using the steps described in Create New Allegation.
