Credentials
This functionality allows the capture of the details about formal credentials received by a provider or CDD staff. Obtaining a credential may result in the payment of a one-time quality bonus. Details about what and when formal credentials were attained by an individual are recorded. Note: The system will never pay a bonus to an individual for the attainment of Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
Only authorized CDD staff, or contracted agency staff on behalf of CDD, can record a value in the Form of Verification field to verify the individual's qualification for a credential. The system will maintain Credential Histories for each provider staff person. The system allows for the capture of multiple Credentials defined by specific points in time per individual.
