Access the Tier Reimbursement Rate Table
The Tier Reimbursement Rate Table is accessed through the Quality and Credentialing Main Page. Click on the Tier Reimbursement Rate Table menu item at the top of the page. As a result, the Tier Reimbursement Rate Table page (QU0083) is displayed.
The table displays all tier levels maintained by the system with the following information for each level:

Effective Date
Rate Percentage
