Edit Schedule (PATH)

For each child that the family is seeking subsidized care, input schedule information by using the Edit Schedule link. As a result, the Child Care Schedules - Input/Edit Schedule page (SB0125) is presented. At the top of the page, the name of the parent/caretaker selected from the previous page is displayed for your reference during the schedule entry. Complete the following information for child's schedule.

Requested Child Care Start Date

Enter the date on which the child care has been requested to start.

Variable Schedule

Select either Yes or No for the selection by using the radio button for this field (

). This denotes whether the schedule is fixed or variable for the child care period.

Hours per Week

If the answer to the Variable Schedule selection is Yes, enter the number of hours per week in this field.

Child Care Hours

If the schedule is not variable, enter the hours for each day as appropriate. The format is HH:MM AM or PM.

If more than one entry is required for a day, enter the entire schedule for the appropriate day.
