Edit Town to District Assignment


In order to edit a town/district association, click on the Edit link at the end of the row.  This action accesses the Geography Maintenance - Edit Town to District Mapping page as shown below.

 
On this page, the information contained in each drop-down selection box has been populated by the selection of the row on the Town List.  Change the information as appropriate in the following required fields:

Town Name

This field has been populated by the selection of the row on the Town List and cannot be changed.  If the town is not the one you want to edit, click on Cancel to return to the Town List for another row selection. 

Licensor District*

Using the drop down arrow () next to each field, select the Licensor District Number from the list presented.

License Technician District*

Using the drop down arrow () next to each field, select the License Technician District Number from the list presented.

Subsidy District*

Using the drop down arrow () next to each field, select the Subsidy District from the list presented.
