Eligibility Determination History
This functionality provides the capability to track historic eligibility records. Since only the active or current authorizations are displayed on the Eligibility page (SB0002), you may view all eligibility records by clicking on the Eligibility Determination History link under Additional Account Options at the bottom of the page. As a result, the Determination History page (SB0025) is displayed with the following information:
Determination ID
Status
Date Determined
Determined By
Effective Dates
