Using the same 45 day interval based on the Eligibility Expiration Date, the Eligibility Redetermination work item appears on the assigned subsidy worker's Worklist before the existing eligibility expires.

Accessing this work item from the Worklist presents the Subsidy Application page on which you begin the process of redetermination.
