Employees (Organization)


This function allows employment associations that have been established in the system to be viewed on the Organization Record in Bright Futures.  At the system level, you can view the current employees associated with an organization.  To change employment associations, you must work within the case.  The Employee information for an organization is accessed through the sub-nav bar selection of Employees

As a result, the Employees page is accessed with the following information displayed for each row.

Name (Employee)

The name of the employee is displayed in this field.

ID Number

The system-generated identification number for the person is displayed in this field.

Gender

The gender of the employee is displayed in this field.

DOB (Date of Birth)

The date of birth for the employee is displayed in this field.
