Enrollment End Notice


At the end of the enrollment period, a notice is generated to the provider.  This notice is sent through a batch process that is initiated by the system for a specified time interval.  If the parent left without notice, the user would enter as the Enrollment End Date the date on which they want payment to stop and a notice would be produced for the provider.
