Fair Hearing Request Function
The Fair Hearing Request supports the documentation in the system of a request for Fair Hearing which may result from a record check finding, a subsidy benefit, a complaint outcome or licensing issue. In order to access this function, select the Fair Hearing Requests option under Provider Options at the bottom of the Account Summary page (PM0083). As a result, the Fair Hearing Requests page (LI0180) is displayed.
The Fair Hearing Requests that have already been entered for a Provider are displayed in a table with the following information:
Date Received
Request Type
Requested By
Reference ID Number
Commissioner Decision
Board Decision
On this page, the following choices are available:
View Fair Hearing Request Details - Accesses the Fair Hearing Requests Detail page for review.
Record New Fair Hearing Request - Accesses the Fair Hearing Requests page for input of a new request.
