Fair Hearing Request Information


The Fair Hearing Request supports the documentation in the system of a request for Fair Hearing which may result from a record check finding, a subsidy benefit, a complaint outcome or licensing issue.  The Fair Hearing Request records that a request for a formal Fair Hearing has been made.
