Filter Case List


In order to manage the contents of a particular Case List, the following search criteria are available for selection.  Using the drop down arrow () next to each field, select the value for as many fields as needed to filter the list appropriately.

Case Manager

The list presented will contain the worker names who have been assigned as Case Managers and who are managed by the Supervisor who has accessed this function.

Case ID

The system-generated system identification number may be entered in this field.

Case Status

A status for a case appears as:

New

Open

Closed

Inactive cases are cases for which activity is no longer being tracked.

Case Type

One of the following case types may be selected in this field: 

Agreement

Credential

Grant

Provider

Subsidy

Trainer

Transportation Provider

 

Once you have made the appropriate selections as described above, click on the View Cases button at the bottom of the page.  As a result, a Case List results table is presented with the following information:

Case ID

The system-generated system identification number is shown in this column.

Reference Name

The name of the organization, provider or subsidy client which identifies the case is displayed in this column.

Case Type

One of the following case types appears in this column: 

Licensing

Subsidy

Credentialing

Case Subtype

A Licensing Case would have a Program Type as a Subtype.  A Subsidy Case would have a Service Need as a Subtype.  A Credentialing Case would have a Grant Type as the Subtype.  This data field may be blank.

Case Manager

The name of the worker who has been assigned as the Case Manager appears in this column.

Status

A status for a case appears as Active, Inactive or Closed.  Inactive cases are cases for which activity is no longer being tracked.

Start Date

The date on which the case was opened appears as the Start Date.

End Date

The date on which the case was opened appears as the Start Date.
