Find Regulations
A search should be performed for existing regulations prior to creating a new one. In order to search for existing regulations, the following search criteria may be entered:
Regulation Program Type*
Select one of the following from the drop-down list using the down arrow next to the field (
):
Early Childhood Program
Registered
School Age Care
Non-Recurring Clientele
Family Child Care
Legally Exempt Child Care
Subsidy
Regulation Number*
Enter the Regulation Number.
Once you have made your selections, click on the Continue button. As a result, the Regulations Results page displays the regulations that match the search criteria. The following information is presented for each regulation:
Regulation Number
The number you entered on the previous page is carried forward.
Last Updated
The date the Regulation was last updated is displayed.
Status*
The status for the Regulation displays one of the following:
Active
Inactive
Regulation Area*
The regulation area is displayed.
Frequently-Used Regulation Area
A check is displayed in the box if the Regulation Area is frequently used.
Severity Score
The score for the Regulation displays one of the following:
1 (Low Severity)
2 (Medium Severity)
3 (High Severity)
4 (Critical Severity)
Complaint Priority*
Low
Medium
High
Critical
Regulation Text*
The text of the Regulation is displayed.
