Follow-Ups
This option accesses the Follow-Up function in which you may record follow-up actions for the referral event. Follow-Up is performed in selected instances to document the parent's satisfaction with referral services and to determine if a provider has been selected. Data entry of follow-up is initiated at the user's discretion and is not performed for all referrals. Access the follow-up information for a particular event shown as a row in the Previous Referrals table on Provider Referrals page (RR0028).
Click on the active link at the end of the corresponding row and the Provider Referral Follow-Ups page (RR0021) is displayed.
If any previous follow-ups have been recorded for this particular event, they will appear in the list with the following information:

Child Care Status
