Access Associated Parties

The Associated Parties function is accessed on the Provider Account Summary page (PM0083) by clicking on the Associated Parties link on the sub-nav bar.

As a result, the Associated Parties page (PM0004) is displayed.
This page contains a list of any parties connected with the provider selected. Information about the person is displayed in the table with the following details:
Name
System ID Number
Date of Birth
SSN
Position/Person Type
Record Check Status

The list may be sorted through the Sort By field on the top right corner of the table using the following options:
Name
System ID Number
Date of Birth
SSN
Position/Person Type
Record Check Status

Once a sort option has been selected, click on the Go button to the right of this field.
