Generating the Complaint Outcome Letter


In order to print the Complaint Outcome Letter, select it from the drop-down list at the bottom of the page and then click on Generate.

As a result, the Document Generation function is accessed.  The document software is loaded and the contents of the letter are generated.  Click on the Save button to complete the process.  For more information on this function, refer to the Document Generation Chapter.
