Generation of the Letter
Once you have completed the above steps, a letter is automatically generated by the system. The letter can be found through the following steps.
On the Account Summary page for the case (SB0053), select the option Documents under the Additional Account Options at the bottom of the page.
As a result, the Subsidy Case Documents page (SB0064) is displayed.
An entry for the Eligibility Denial Letter for Application appears on the list. In order to retrieve the letter, click on the active View link at the end of the row. A copy of the letter in pdf format is accessed. You may save this letter so that you can attach it to an e-mail or print a copy for mailing.
