Add Carve Out Group Entry

Click on the Add Carve Out Group button to navigate to the Add Carve Out Group page. On the Carve Out Group page, the following fields are presented.

Group Name*

Select one of the following Group Names from the drop-down list using the down arrow next to the field ():

Group #1

Group #2

Begin Date*

Enter the date the tracking of the group began using the MM/DD/YYYY format.

End Date

Enter the date the tracking of the group was completed using the MM/DD/YYYY format.

Click on the Submit button to save the information to the Carve Out Groups display page. To halt the process, click on the Cancel button.
