Add Course Session 

In order to add a session to a course, click on the Add Session link at the end of the row.  As a result, the following additional Course - Add Session page is presented.

Complete the information as described below.

Session Completion Date*

Enter the date on which the session is completed in this field.

Start Time*

Enter the starting time for the session in this field using the format HH:MM AM or PM.

Contact Name*

Enter the name of the contact in this field. 

Contact Phone*

Enter the telephone number of the contact in this field. 

Cost*

The cost associated with the course is entered in this field.

Scholarship*

If there is a scholarship offering, mark this field with a Yes value. 

Funding*

Identification of funding that may be used to pay for this course is entered in this field.

Notes

Any notes that have entered as a description or special instructions for the course are displayed in this field.

 

Once all fields have been entered, click on the Submit button.  As a result, the session information is displayed on the Course Detail page in the Course Calendar area of the page.
