Generating the Application Letter

At this location, the appropriate letter can be generated:  Application Approval Letter or a Denial Letter.  Select the letter from the list (which matches the approval action) and click Generate to produce a new license action letter. 

Generated letters are stored in the Bright Futures database as completed work items associated with the provider and case for retrieval and printing.  By clicking on the View option on the right side of the page, you can view the PDF document.  By clicking on the E-mail option, you can send it electronically to the respective provider and to the appropriate parents.  While the most recent License Action establishes the status for the Provider, License Actions are maintained historically in the system.
