Observations - Add
If you choose this option, the link will present you with the New Observation page (LI0046) upon selection.
Enter the information as described in the following fields:
Regulation Number
Enter the Regulation Number in this field. It is important to use capitalization and punctuation as it appears in the Regulation Manager table.
Finding Date
Enter the date when the observation was made by the Licensor using the MM/DD/YYYY format.
Narrative*
Enter narrative that describes the observation made during the site visit.
Recommendation
Enter the narrative that describes the steps or actions to be taken by the Provider as suggested by the Licensor.
Once you have completed the information in the above fields, click on the Update button in order to save this information as part of the site visit.
