Adding Additional Violations

If you need to add more violations for the license action, you would do so on the Change Provider License Status - Create Violation page (LI0143).  Follow the directions starting in the sections named Regulation Search through New Violation.  Once you have submitted the information, the results will be the same as described in Submitting with Selected Violation(s).
