Saving the Income/Expense Information (Subsidy Application)

Once you have entered the income or expenses for a family member, save the information by clicking on the Continue button at the bottom of the page.  As a result, you will be returned to the Application for Subsidized Child Care:  Section 6 of 7:  Household Income and Expenses page with the new entry appearing as a row in the table for the appropriate family member.

Continue to enter all income and expenses for each of the family members as appropriate repeating the steps described above.  As entries are made, the table is refreshed with the new entries, as well as, the Total Monthly Countable Income field is updated. 

Income Notes

Weekly income is converted to monthly income by multiplying by 4.3.  Bi-Weekly income is multiplied by 2.15 to obtain monthly income.

Once the information has been entered and reviewed, click on the Next button at the bottom of the page.  As a result, the Application for Subsidized Child Care:  Section 7 of 7:  Documentation Checklist is presented.
