Sort By (Complainant)
The Complaint List may be sorted through the Sort By field on the top right corner of the table using the following options:
Subject of Complaint
Received Date
Update Date
Status
Complaint Sub-Type
Complaint Determination
Once a sort option has been selected, click on the Go button to the right of this field. The Complaint Search Results table will be updated with the sorted values in place.
Once you have located an existing complaint using the Complaint Search function, you may view the details for the complaint by clicking on the link at the beginning of the row, which is the underlined Complaint Subject. This action accesses the Account Summary page for the Provider or Subsidy client selected. Continue with the complaint processing as described in section Complaint Assessment.
