Sort By Contact Log Information
The Contact List may be sorted through the Sort By field on the top right corner of the table using the following options:
Contact Date
Category
Caller/Party Contacted
Case ID
Resolution Status
Worker Name
Once a sort option has been selected, click on the Go button to the right of this field. The Contact Log Search Results table will be updated with the sorted values in place.
