Violations and Corrective Actions - Regulation Search
If you choose this option, the link will present you with the Record New Site Visit - Regulation Search page (LI0109) upon selection.
On this page perform a search by entering the following information. The Program Type is carried forward from the previous page.
Regulation Number
Enter the Regulation Number in this field if known. It is important to use capitalization and punctuation as it appears in the Regulation Manager table.
Subject Area
Select the Subject Area from the drop down list () presented.
Keyword
Enter a keyword as text related to the regulation.
Then click on the Search button to process the search using the entered criteria. The Regulation Search Results displays all items that match the search criteria and present the following for each entry:

Regulation Area
Caption
You can select a Sort by option from the drop down list () if multiple items are returned. The options to sort by are Regulation Number or Regulation Area. To view the details of a particular regulation, the user clicks on the View Details button. To select a regulation, the user must first click on the box to the left of the regulation of choice and then click on the Use Selected Regulation button. This step proceeds to New Violation page (LI0187) where the Regulation Number field is now filled.
Continue to enter the information as described in the previous section, Violations and Corrective Actions - Add. Once you have completed the information in the above fields, click on the Update button in order to enter this information as part of the site visit.
