Complete the information for the days of operation by clicking in each box box next to the Day of the Week to mark with a checkmark.

Make any edits as appropriate. Click on the Submit button to save the changes.
Operating Profile - Further Explanation
The Program Information captures what the provider has requested as the Operating Profile.
Once saved, the information may be changed by using the link under Application Options.
When the Operating Profile is accessed at the bottom of the Application, the recorded information is displayed. This link is intended for the licensor or licensing supervisor to make changes to the Operating Profile during the Application process.
Make any changes as appropriate.
Once changes are submitted using the Operating Profile link function, the Program Information for the Application is not changed. This preserves the information that was submitted by the provider as part of the application packet.
At this point, the License Information which contains the Certificate (with Operating Profile information) is not available because the Application has not been approved.
During the approval process, the Operating Profile may be changed again through the License Application link.
Once the application has been approved, the Certificate is generated.
The most recently submitted Operating Profile from the Application process will be forwarded to become a part of the license.
