How the Assignment Master Works

The Subsidy Assignment Master controls how the system distributes notices and work items that are generated by the system as a result of system functions. These include the following functions:

Path Referrals

Protective Service Referrals

Subsidy Applications

Common Application

Service Requests

Through the Subsidy Assignment Master, workers can be assigned by Service Need and by using an alphabetical schema. In addition, in order to ensure that a notice is always sent to a district, a Default Worker is also part of this setup. Of course, only one Default Worker may be assigned to each district.
