Incident Report Details
In order to view details for a particular item, click on the View link at the end of the row containing the item. As a result, the Incident Report Detail page (LI0192) is presented for viewing.
This page summarizes the information that was entered for a particular incident. A complete explanation of each field is contained in the following section, New Incident Report.
