Incident Reports
This function provides a mechanism for providers to report incidents that must be reported by regulation. Incidents include injured or missing children, among other things. The function is accessed from the Account Summary page (PM0083) through the Account Option item named Incident Reports. By clicking on this option, the Incident Reports page (LI0194) is displayed with the following information:
